We have a nutrition coach who can help with all dietary requirements. Where they can help make small changes one step at a time and help create a habit. We make sure that your nutrition supports your fitness and physique goals, including pre- and post-workout nutrition and any food-related lifestyle habits a client needs to work on.
The In’s and out
We use our own app which allows clients to receive workouts, log them as they get done, and track their progress. We get automatic notifications whenever a client completes a workout (how’s that for accountability?!) and we can easily keep tabs on everyone’s progress. Clients also have the option of saving – or printing out – their workouts as PDFs if they like. We have have over 1000 recipes uploads which you would have access to, you will have your Fitbit or watch linked to to the app help with accountability. We have checkins every week and the coach will notify you when you day is and you will get video feedback and also booked in for a call with the coach to help with any questions or feedback you will need.
