I’ve been training with Chris for over 5 months, and the transformation has been incredible. Before I started working with him, I was going to the gym, but lacked a consistent routine. I’ve been training with Chris as my personal trainer, and I’m so grateful for his support. I actually trained with Chris a few years ago and was in the best shape of my life back then. Since letting myself go, I’ve struggled with confidence and haven’t been happy with how I look, despite trying all sorts of crash diets and home workouts. Nothing gave me the same results I had with Chris, so I knew he was the right person to help me get back on track.
Chris has been incredibly supportive and genuinely enthusiastic about my progress. He checks in regularly, making sure I understand the key concepts, and he really emphasises how things like nutrition, mental health and consistency play a role in fitness. Every session, he pushes me to work hard, and it’s been paying off - I’m already feeling stronger, and I’ve lost 3.5kg so far! I’m also starting to feel more confident again, which means so much to me.

I’ve been training with Chris for almost 6 months, when I initially started my main goal was to tone up ready for summer and gain some confidence in the gym. During the past 6 months, I have developed a really good relationship with food, and eating mindfully. Being a huge foodie, my main concern with starting my fitness journey was eating boring and bland foods regularly. However, since starting, I’ve adapted my diet to be both healthy and nutritious as well as tasty! The past few months I’ve seen a huge increase in my confidence in the gym. Before I would never train alone, or ever in fact, however since having a plan in place, this has allowed me to get into the gym on my own, and gain strength over time. Not only do I feel better physically, I feel training has been a great outlet mentally.

Chris has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals and takes the fact of a busy family life into consideration, one of my main worries was meal planning with kids but he goes out of his way to choose the foods that the family will love and keep within the plan, his detailed approach to nutrition and fitness plans has exceeded my expectations. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good in making you feel motivated and keeping you going with the weekly check ins. In just over 5 weeks ago I decided to get some help with my weight. My weight is always something I have struggled with, I love exercising, whether that's walking, running, spin classes and weight training I still couldn't shift the weight. I love eating rubbish so I was recommended that I speak to Chris and Michelle I'm so glad I did. They set me up with a nutrition plan for me to follow and a new exercise plan. Its all super easy to follow and he made sure that the meals were also family friendly so I didn't have to cook separately for me.
They are always a message away, so if I have any questions, I get in contact with them and they respond back straight away.
In just over 4 weeks I've lost 4.5kg and and 2 inches off my waist. I'm still not quite where I want to be but confident with their help I will get there.

I have been training with Chris for two months, I was introduced to him by my husband who knows from a previous gym which he managed. I was a little nervous as I had surgery on my knee in November 2019 and was worried that I might make it worse. But Chris helped me so much with my workouts and personalised a training routine personally for me.
He has also personalised a vegan diet meal plan for me, which has kept me on track to get to my goals, he’s also on hand with any advice I might need via text or a simple call if I ever needed any advice.
I would definitely recommend him to family and friends if they ever wanted to do PT

Having had a number of personal trainers over the last 10 yrs, i was a bit worried. Would Chris be another PT that I would tick off, I couldn't have been any more wrong. Chris is an absolute top class Personal Trainer who works to your needs rather than you to theirs. He has been supportive and stern and strict when needed. Over the 3 months ive been training with Chris I’ve seen my weight drop, have gained musle and increased my stamina level 10 fold, this all being down to the nutrition plan, training programme and accountability measures Chris has put in place. I can honestly with hand on heart say Chris has been an absolute game changer, if any of you people out there are looking for that PT who is a rock support and always on hand to be by side, then i would recommend you make contact with Chris.

Chris has been my PT for just under a year now and from the minute I met him he has been so kind, friendly, understanding and knows when to be firm when it is needed when it comes to training. Due to my health condition Chris has been very understanding and has catered all my plans and training around my needs and done an amazing job of making sure I stay on point and is always there when I have needed him. Right from the very beginning, I was clear that whilst I want to lose weight (of course!) my first aim was to simply get back into exercising and building it up at a slower pace so that I don't eventually end up giving in. I can honestly say Chris has absolutely nailed it - He tailors our sessions, pushes me that little bit more each time (despite me moaning!) and is always there to support me. Not only has he helped me to become stronger and motivated but I also feel so much more confident and actually enjoy going to the gym now as part of my routine. Chris is brilliant at what he does, he makes the workouts enjoyable. Since training with him i feel alot stronger and have lost some weight. My journey so far I have lost 1stone and I can honestly say it's not been an easy ride but Chris does push you to a different level. At the end of the sessions sometimes I don't know weather to laugh or cry.. haha but it's definately worth it. Every penny spent on bettering yourself is the best penny spent. The scales might done give me the answer evertyime but sometimes reflecting back on pictures can tell you so much more. Chris has been fantastic at helping motivate and teaching me a new lifestyle. I’ve been going to different gyms over the past year and a half and never really got anywhere with my diet and exercise routine. Since starting with Chris I’ve lost just under 7kg in 4 months. I feel much stronger and more confident in the gym and with the workouts. I’ve really enjoyed the last 2 months training with you.. we do 45 minutes sessions but that’s truly all you need.
The sessions are intense and completely different to what I was used to.
Each of the session in the week are different which I enjoy and although I’ve not lost much in kg’s I can definitely see the improvements by the way my clothes fit and feel and I also feel a lot stronger.

Having Chris at my PT has helped me alot mentally and physically, I feel so much better about myself and the workouts are really good! I had been looking for a PT for a while. My previous experiences with PT's were not great so I was very conscious about going somewhere else.
After a little hesitation I contacted Chris after he was recommended by a friend.
I am so glad that I contacted Chris, as he is fantastic. His support and encouragement is second to none. I have been with him for 4 weeks and have really seen a difference. The nutrition plan and the 121 sessions are great. I am really looking forward to seeing what and where my new fitness journey takes me and the result that I'm going to achieve.

I’ve tried so many PTs and online coaches, so many diets and programmes but none have worked for me until I came across Chris. I love that I can work out with a small group of women also on the same journey, and that everyone pushes each other within the group too. Chris has been a great personal trainer, I am about halfway through my 6 week programme and for the first time in a long time I feel like I’m looking after myself properly! This is mainly thanks to Chris' nutrition and exercise plan and support. I’ve lost weight, got fitter and feel so much more motivated! The meal plan was tailored to my needs and the workouts are always varied and they change regularly so there is no chance to get bored! It's never a chore to train with Chris but same time is not easy at all...all the time something knew and after each session you know you did your best as you barely can move 😁. Before I met Chris, I would shy away from the gym and the concept of weight training terrified me. As a personal trainer, Chris is very patient – he takes the time to demonstrate and explain techniques to you. He is very attentive and is quick to correct your form so that you exercise safely. The studio provides a relaxed environment where you are free from judgment and can focus on your goals. Four months later, I am seeing positive results – my fitness has improved, my body is stronger and leaner. I am hitting personal bests, lifting weights that I never thought possible. Chris is a great personal trainer, also a friendly and down to earth person.
I've known him for years, trained with him before spinal surgery and then again after a long recovery which is still ongoing.
He's always taken my limitations or health issues into consideration and helped me work on areas that needed strengthening, while also assisting with my food intake.
I've lost a considerable amount of weight, my foot drop is not as painful or uncomfortable and he's always pushing me to do better when training.
