What services do we provide for you

1-2-1 Personal Training, Pairs and Group sessions

With one to 1-2-1 personal training, everything is tailored to you and the goals you want to achieve. Your nutrition and training plan is provided. Everything will be monitored from you technique, to your daily goals and motivation will be given at every step of your journey.

2-to one Personal Training

A buddy system or pair sessions is another way to help achieve your goal. You can help push each other in sessions and help keep each other be accountable. These sessions can be done weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Hybrid Coaching and Sessions

Ready to take your fitness journey to the next level with flexibility and expert guidance? Hybrid fitness coaching combines the best of both worlds, personalised in-person sessions with the online coaching side with it. Whether you’re hitting the gym in your own time, working out at home, or on the go, this coaching model adapts to your schedule and your needs. Also you get the benefit of having a 1-2-1 coach where you can book in around the day and time which suits you.

You’ll get the structure and motivation of in-person training, paired with the convenience and autonomy of online workouts. Plus, you’ll have ongoing support, feedback, and accountability from your coach to ensure you’re always progressing toward your goals.

Online Coaching

Online coaching allows people to have that accountability and flexibility that they need in their life to help achieve their fitness goals. One of the hardest things people struggle with is finding time to workout. Online training allows people to train in their own time and at home or in the gym.

This is all with the support from Chris and Michelle, daily form check-ins, bespoke plans, video plans, weekly check-ins to help accountability and motivation.

Nutrition and training plans

If you're seeking assistance with meeting your body's nutritional requirements to reach your fitness objectives, this is invaluable. These both work in tandem together, you training and your nutrition, to help you attain your goals.

These plans are beneficial for beginners and provide motivation in the gym. They are also suitable for advanced training, pushing you towards achieving your desired outcome.
