What services do we provide for you

1-2-1 Personal Training, Pairs and Group sessions

With one to 1-2-1 personal training, everything is tailored to you and the goals you want to achieve. Your nutrition and training plan is provided. Everything will be monitored from you technique, to your daily goals and motivation will be given at every step of your journey.

2-to one Personal Training

A buddy system or pair sessions is another way to help achieve your goal. You can help push each other in sessions and help keep each other be accountable. These sessions can be done weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Group Sessions

With group sessions, more people feel motivated as you’re doing the workout together. Also it can been seen as fun, as you can do partner workouts and have a laugh in the group. The training can be varied and with a small group it is based around everyones goals. The main benefit for people is the price as it can be 50% cheaper than 1-2-1 sessions.

Online Personal Training

Online personal training allows people to have that accountability and flexibility that they need in their life to help achieve their fitness goals. One of the hardest things people struggle with is finding time to workout. Online training allows people to train in their own time and at home or in the gym.

This is all with the support from Chris, daily form check-ins, bespoke plans, video plans, weekly check-ins to help accountability and motivation.

Nutrition and training plans

A great resource if you’re looking for help with the nutritional needs of your body to achieve your fitness goal. This goes hand in hand with your training plan. They both need to work together to achieve your goal.

Both plans are a great idea if you’re a beginner and also if you’re looking for motivation in the gym. These can also be used for advanced training as it can push you to achieve your goal.
